Jinanbo Tonkotsu Ramen
Based in Fukuoka on Kyushu island, the home of tonkotsu ramen, Ramen Jinanbo is an award winning Tonkotsu broth (pork bone broth) ramen that ranked #1 in a prestigious nationa ramen competition.
The chef has studied and perfected a recipe which uniquely minimizes the scent of the pork bones in order to create a rich soup base that is neither too fatty nor salty. This is a famously delicious soup that has become popular with all ages and people.
The classic Hakata-style made from wheat are thin and straight noodles, perfect for capturing this soup and delivering that perfect mouthful. Best prepared firm or al dente.
Boil noodles for 45sec-1min and add 270ml of hot water for broth. Box contains 3 servings.
