Kurume ramen originates from Fukuoka in the Kyushu region and features the regions signature Tonkotsu pork flavored soup broth. Kurume Tonkotsu broth features the rich flavor of pork bones seasoned with onions, ginger, and soy sauce. Also included is a select pack of seasoning oil to further enhance this ramen.
Contains a dry broth packet to mix with 500ml of boiling water. Noodles are packed dry (never fried) and requires up to 3m of boiling time. We suggest boiling the noodles separately from the water used for the broth even though directions indicate otherwise.
